Movement party polls CCM - Kongwa in Dodoma province, Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Job Ndugai allegedly beating another candidate, who going unconscious and rushed to hospital.

Kongwa MP incumbent who is also deputy speaker of the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania, Job Ndugai had struck the other candidate for the position of parliament, Dr. Joseph Chilongani for allegedly beating a picture when he made a mess on the meeting of the referendum campaign.

The incident occurred yesterday evening when parliamentary candidates for the CCM while in a meeting with members of the CCM for expediency on the existing ward Magogoni Kongwa District in Dodoma.
