HER HUSBAND KEEPS PRESSURING HER TO HAVE MORE S3X

S3xual intimacy is an important part of any relationship. We all crave to be with someone who understands our sexual needs and is willing to provide them.
woman
But what happens when your s3xual needs and drive become incompatible? What if your partner asks for more than you can give? This woman is tired of her husband pushing her to have s3x and she needs your help.

“I’ve been married for more than two years and have two sons. Overall, I’ve had a happy marriage except we argue about the frequency of s3x. He wants s3x every day, sometimes more than once. If I fall asleep first, he wakes me and we fight until the early hours so I end up dragging myself into it to avoid quarrels.

I asked to change the frequency to once a week but we have settled on alternate nights, which he is still not happy with. He says I am compromising his s3xual needs but surely pushing a wife into having s3x through such means is inconsiderate, immoral and illegal?"

However, things turned from better to bad after he s3xually abused her with his entourage.

On Saturday Night, Lisa was spotted at Carnivore getting cosy with the talented singer before heading to Skylux.

EXCLUSIVE: RADIO & WEASEL IN KENYA FOR CONCERT & COKE STUDIO COLLABO W/ PRODUCER MADTRAXX

East Africa’s loved Ugandan duo – Radio & Weasel have started July on an up beat! This year, Africa and Kenyans will discover the “Edagala” and “Juice” hit makers afresh as they are set to feature on the upcoming new season of Coke Studio Africa.
Radio & Weasel

Thankfully Madtraxx is very good with the tracks and has created something related to the two of us without corrupting his beats.”

While in Kenya, Radio & Weasel have also bonded with Toofan and got a chance to discover culture exchange through sharing Ugandan and West African food. “They ate Matoke and we had their Togolese dish. It had too much pepe though!”

Radio & Weasel have announced that one of their upcoming singles “Sit Down on it” will feature Nigerian dancehall siren Cythia Morgan. Renown for club songs and loving club culture, Radio & Weasel are also set to perform at Nyayo Stadium next Sunday (10th July 2016)—this marking their third performance in Kenya.

EVA GREEN IS GORGEOUS FOR AUGUST 2016 COVER OF W MAGAZINE

Eva Green
Ever since her breakout role in “The Dreamers,” it’s been clear that Eva Green is certainly something special, and her front-page spot for W magazine’s August 2016 issue is nothing short of stunning.

The “Casino Royale” chick explains that though she has a tendency to get naked on film, she’s actually pretty quiet overall- “It is very paradoxical. I am so shy, and, at the same time, I kind of expose myself literally to thousands of people. I don’t really understand why I do that. I need to go through therapy!”

As for her upcoming flick “Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children,” Eva shares, “Miss Peregrine is like a dark Mary Poppins. She has the ability to manipulate time and uses her powers to protect the children. Miss Peregrine will kill for them. And she does! Which was fun.”

5 BEST ALBUMS OF 2016 SO FAR

Artist
The year of the "surprise release" has given us monster showings from Beyoncé, Radiohead, Drake, Rihanna, Kanye West and Chance the Rapper. But traditional release schedules have brought a wealth of music from hard-rhyming hip-hoppers, buzzy indie-punks, up-and-coming country songwriters, veteran Hall of Famers and more. Here's the best from New Year's Day to now.

1. Beyoncé, 'Lemonade'
We Say: Lemonade is an entire album of emotional discord and marital meltdown, from the world's most famous celebrity; it's also a major personal statement from the most respected and creative artist in the pop game. All over these songs, she rolls through heartbreak and betrayal and infidelity and the hangover that follows "Drunk In Love." Yet despite all the rage and pain in the music, she makes it all seem affirming.... Like the professional heartbreaker she sings about in "6 Inch," she murdered everybody and the world was her witness.

2. Kanye West, 'The Life of Pablo'

We Say: This is a messy album that feels like it was made that way on purpose.... It's a labored-over opus that wishes it were a mixtape, trying hard to curate the vibe of a sprawling mess, and that's because it's made by an artist who feels like a mess and doesn't care to hide it. "My psychiatrist got kids that I inspired" is the most brilliant line on the album: Ye can't even go to the shrink without getting his ass kissed about what a big shot he is, so he has to go to the studio instead. And dude knows he's got some issues to work on.... Pablo doesn't go for any grand musical and emotional statements on the level of "Bound 2" or "Runaway" or "Hey Mama." West just drops broken pieces of his psyche all over the album and challenges you to fit them together.

3. Radiohead, 'A Moon-Shaped Pool'

We Say: If Radiohead have made the dehumanizing effects of technology their great theme, A Moon Shaped Pool is the first record in which, musically, they kick their way out of the machine, or at least make their cyborg soul more vestigial. Where Kid A and Amnesiac were defined by electronic music vernacular, this record is defined by its orchestral arrangements.... Electronics haven't been abandoned, and the orchestrations, like the band's "rock," often seem shaped by techno and its kin. But the magic is in the blending.... As always, it's Yorke's voice that holds the emotional center, and it's never been more affecting. Credit both his delivery and the production clarity, a statement in and of itself.

4. David Bowie, 'Blackstar'

We Say: Produced with longtime collaborator Tony Visconti and cut with a small combo of New York-based jazz musicians whose sound is wreathed in arctic electronics, Blackstar is a ricochet of textural eccentricity and pictorial-shrapnel writing. It's confounding on first impact: the firm swing and giddy vulgarity of " 'Tis a Pity She Was a Whore"; Bowie's croons and groans, like a doo-wop Kraftwerk, in the sexual dystopia of "Girl Loves Me"; the spare beaten-spirit soul of "Dollar Days." But the mounting effect is wickedly compelling. This album represents Bowie's most fulfilling spin away from glam-legend pop charm since 1977's Low. Blackstar is that strange, and that good.

5. Rihanna, 'Anti'

We Say: [A] sprawling masterpiece of psychedelic soul that's far more straightforward than its tangled rollout.... After more than a decade as a superstar of the singles chart, Rihanna has become an album artist.... This is an album that forces us to question the boxes we've placed Rihanna in all along. Is she queen of the clubs or a break-up balladeer? Are her pop instincts sharper than her hip-hop ones? The answer, as provided here, is all of the above and more.

TIGO PAY A.Y AND MWANA FA 2.18 BILLION FOR UNAUTHORISED USE OF THEIR MUSIC AS CALLER TUNES

A court has awarded two Tanzanian musicians Sh 2.18 billion in special damages in a landmark ruling that could set a precedent in the application of the copyright law in the country.
Mwana FA & AY
The huge award was won by Bongo flava artistes Ambwene Yessaya “AY” and Hamisi Mwinjuma “MwanaFA” who had sued mobile phone company MIC Tanzania (Tigo), for unauthorised use of their music as caller tunes. A caller tune is a tone that is in the form of music that is heard by a person making a call as they wait for the person being called to answer the phone.

Ilala Senior Resident Magistrate Juma Hassan granted the award on April 11 after a four-year court battle between the parties. The award also includes a separate Sh25 million in general damages.

News of the fine against Tigo only came to light this week on Tuesday when the firm went to the High Court to block the execution of the award pending its appeal. History in the copyright field would be made should the High Court uphold the judgement by the Ilala District Court.

MwanaFA said it was time those who had in the past taken the basic copyright laws for granted realised that things have changed.

“This is a key moment in copyright in Tanzania. This is something that has been happening for quite a long time now mainly because of lack of knowledge and maybe because of the costs associated with such cases,” he said.

He added: “Nobody is supposed to use your work without your permission or agreement and if at all he has benefited then he is supposed to share with you according to the price tag you have set for your work.”

The mobile network operator has, however, filed for a stay of execution and has appealed against the judgment and decree for payment at the High Court. The appeal was initially set to be heard on Tuesday but was adjourned to tomorrow. The artistes claim that Tigo sold without permission in the form of caller tunes content that belonged to them without any agreement between the two parties. The two songs at the centre of the controversy are Dakika Moja and Usije Mjini, which were both done in collaboration by AY and MwanaFA.

Although there are no figures that were mentioned by both sides on the precise income derived from the sale of the two songs, the two artistes believe the company generated revenue.

According to the judgment, the artistes did not have any agreement with anyone to distribute the songs, they did not have an agreement with the defendant (Tigo) and neither did they contract a third party to handle this kind of distribution on their behalf.

The court in its decree states that the defendant infringed the rights of the plaintiffs over their registered joint authorship of musical work and in the process infringed the copyright and/or neighbourhood rights to which civil remedies are applicable.

The court, therefore, ordered the company to pay Sh 5 million as general damages and Sh2.16 billion as special damages in addition to the costs of the suit.

The artistes had in their application asked for damages totalling Sh4.3 billion, claiming that the defendant had generated a significant sum of income through the sale of their two songs to its subscribers across the country.

In recent years, mobile phone operators have been at the centre of a controversy over how much they pay artistes for using their content, with some singers claiming they were not benefiting from their work.

Customised mobile phone caller tunes in Tanzania are largely songs by Bongo Flava artistes.

According to the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice, copyright subsisting in caller tunes and ringtones is similar to copyright protection in any other musical recording, comprising an underlying musical work and a sound recording which are protected under the Copyright Act.

This type of copyright protection in Tanzania is similar to those in South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Jordan.

THIS IS THE MESSAGE IN THIS INTERNATIONAL MOTHER LANGUAGE DAY 21.02.2016

Ms Irina Bokova
Ms Irina Bokova Director-General of UNESCO

PRESS RELEASE

Message from Ms Irina Bokova, Director-General of UNESCO, on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day, 21 February 2016

The theme of the 2016 International Mother Language Day is “Quality education, language(s) of instruction and learning outcomes.”

This underlines the importance of mother languages for quality education and linguistic diversity, to take forward the new 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

In Sustainable Development Goal 4, the 2030 Agenda focuses on quality education and lifelong learning for all, to enable every woman and man to acquire skills, knowledge, and values to become everything they wish and participate fully in their societies. This is especially important for girls and women, as well as minorities, indigenous peoples, and rural populations. This is reflected in UNESCO’s Education 2030 Framework for Action, a road-map to implement the 2030 Agenda, encouraging full respect for the use of mother language in teaching and learning, and the promotion and preservation of linguistic diversity.

Multilingualism is essential to drive these objectives forward – it is vital for success across the 2030 Agenda, regarding growth, employment and health, as well as sustainable consumption and production, and climate change.

UNESCO brings the same focus to advancing linguistic diversity on the Internet, through support to relevant local content as well as media and information literacy. Through the Local and Indigenous Knowledge Systems (LINKS) programme, UNESCO is highlighting the importance of mother and local languages as channels for safeguarding and sharing indigenous cultures and knowledge, which are vast reservoirs of wisdom.

Mother languages in a multilingual approach are essential components of quality education, which is itself the foundation for empowering women and men and their societies. We must recognize and nurture this power, in order to leave no one behind, to craft a more just and sustainable future for all.

This is UNESCO’s message on this International Mother Language Day.

WILL WEMA SEPETU'S FANS TRUST HER AGAIN?

Reality TV star, actress and former Miss Tanzania, Wema Sepetu has captured all her fans by her beauty and her interesting drama. Yes is the drama queen!.
Wema Sepetu
Now you will agree with me, there was a time she made us all proud by launching her own lipstick. Of late Wema has been double speaking and this may trigger her fans feel a little bit misguided.

Firstly, when she gifted herself with a brand new Range Rover on her birthday and the story later came to be that she didn’t clear the custom papers that the car wasn’t registered under the Tanzania Revenue Authority.

Secondly and perhaps the most interesting incident was when she was caught stealing electricity. As a celebrity what does it cost to pay electricity like any other ordinary citizen? Nothing, you only need to have personal discipline to assure that you do follow what the country expects of you.

Then, her scandal with Zari The Bosslady left us all speechless. Truth is, it was childish to poke herself into Zari’s business and demand for a DNA yet she does not even have her own child. Sorry if I may sound a little but harsh. The insults she posted on Zari Instagram page made her soon implied that she was pregnant.

It was good news to her fans because it made them feel like she was soon going to settle down and focus on her family. People were also happy for her because they know how she has struggled to conceive. Too bad because it is now a wish that can never make beggars ride on a horse.

Though she hasn’t confirmed the news yet, but it’s sad now that she has had a miscarriage and maybe this may open her eyes and teach her a lesson that she should let God do his work. Perhaps it was too early for her and Idris to start talk and brag about it. Her fans are disappointed, confused and some of them like Precious Sada are very angry!

“I used to love u kwakweli but now nimekuchoka na drama zako, laiti kama ungekua mjamzito kweli na bahati mbaya imetoka usinge act normal hivyo pia tusingeona video zako unavuta shisha,” says Precious.

Wema isaac Sepetu

Again, I am sorry if I may sound harsh. If she has had a miscarriage as her boyfriend Idris Sultan implied on his Instagram page, I assume she might be in a very depressing state. But her recent Instagram posts seem not to communicate that message. Everything seems to be okay! Was she pregnant after all? Was it a publicity stunt? She has posed so many questions right now.

We really do not know if we can trust her anymore. Most of her stories happen to contradict from what she says. It is about time that she realizes that she cannot run away from reality. The next time she announces or implies something serious like that; shall we have the guts to trust this beauty queen?

All in all, she will always remain our Wema, the drama queen.

#NoMoreFamilyBusiness: P’SQUARE FIRES ELDER BROTHER, JUDE OKOYE

LAGOS - Two years after they were rumoured to have broken up, Nigerian pop duo, P’square are back in the news again as one-half of the singing duo, Peter Okoye yesterday moved against their management company owned by their elder brother, Jude Okoye.
Psquare
In a series of tweets, Peter who has been on a business trip in the United Kingdom lamented the poor management style of their brother, warning everyone to desist from doing any business on behalf of P’square with Jude

“Please whosoever makes any transaction with Northside Entertainment or Jude Okoye on Psquare’s behalf does so at his own risk,” Peter warned.

Peter’s responses came after Jude had taken to his twitter page to urge their fans to pray for Peter, noting that, “He’s been going through a lot lately.” In the same vein, Peter fired back at Jude, as he wrote, “You said I need Prayers! Bro you need GOD!”

He then went on to say, “Some ask why on social media. Do I have a choice! Insisting you must remain Psquare’s manager? And that your decision is final? #Psquare4ever.”

He then stressed that “Peter and Paul is Psquare,” noting that, Psquare will remain. “I repeat Psquare is not breaking up. Thanks for the love and support. I appreciate #NoMoreFamilyBusiness.”

Meanwhile, Paul Okoye is yet to react to Peter’s threat to sack their elder brother as their manager as at press time.

JURGEN KLOPP REVEALS THAT HE COULD HAVE BECOME MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER

Jurgen Klopp has revealed he was once approached to become Manchester United manager, but did not want to leave Borussia Dortmund at the time.
Jurgen Klopp
The 48-year-old will coach Liverpool against its fierce rival for the first time on Sunday after replacing Brendan Rodgers at the helm in October.

Klopp received multiple offers after leaving Germany but was also in demand while still in charge at Dortmund, and admitted that United was one of the clubs who had expressed an interest "in April" - likely of 2013, when Sir Alex Ferguson was due to retire.
“We spoke," he told reporters. "We spoke not a lot but, for me, it was a lot. It was a big honor, the whole talk, to be honest.
"There was a time [when United was interested] but I could not leave Dortmund. That is it. You are in April and you are in the middle of the planning for next season. I did not hear about a real offer but, if there was, I could not have done it. I first had to finish the job with Dortmund and then think about other things.
"Maybe that is not the smart way but that is my way. Of course I was loyal to Dortmund. It was the same at Mainz.”
Klopp admitted he sympathizes with the scrutiny being placed on his ex-Bayern Munich counterpart Louis van Gaal amid United's run of one win in eight matches.

“The pressure Van Gaal is under has an effect on your whole life but, in my case, not on how I handle my team or anything like this," he stated. "It is always the case if things don’t run the way you want – you have to think about whether to change things or not to change. Both decisions are really important.
"Life is not that nice. I know the whole world is watching football managers and thinking: ‘They are really well paid’, so no one cares about a manager’s feelings.
"It’s like with you [the media] with me when I came here. First it’s ‘yeah!’ Then it’s ‘erm’, then it might be ‘ooh’, so then I am alone on the side and we might have the same situation here."
