Depay, 21, agreed a deal with United worth £25million in May, but is now enjoying some time off following his international appearance for Holland last week.
Tran has been enjoying the sunshine in Miami, and was joined by Depay for a photograph this week. The snap emerges just days after the 27-year-old model continued her spat with ex-boyfriend Brown.
Tran split from singer Brown after learning he had fathered a child with friend Nia Guzman-Amey, but Brown has since been trying to rekindle their relationship.
In response to Brown blasting her on Instagram for speaking out about their relationship in a recent interview, she wrote: 'They asked a question and as a mature adult I answered. I'm not gonna shy away from something that I lived through.
'I'm not speaking on you or bashing you (like I easily could). Don't be mad at me because our relationship is over due to your lack of loyalty.'
